What We Do
The purpose of LIFEhouse Children’s Project is to create a safe haven to the children of families in crisis, helping them maintain a sense of normalcy while transitioning through hardships. Local families, schools and business partners are given the opportunity to offer support and assistance to those in need, while receiving a sense of fulfillment by serving others.
Our Unique Approach
LCP exercises a distinct, collaborative foster care model; local businesses, non-profits, churches, and private citizens work together to support Upstate children in need of temporary to permanent residential care. We seek to maintain a support structure where, whenever possible, sibling groups are kept intact as placement occurs.
